Topic No New Ways to Die, Confined Space Program Part 3, Equipment

Presentation follows the two previous presentations.  The availability and options on selecting equipment for safe entry and rescue from confined spaces.

Speaker Bill Shirley

Bill Shirley has a 52-year career in safety and emergency services.  He worked as a civilian safety manager with the U.S. Army at two ammunition plants and two depots.  He has also deployed as a DAC and contractor working for the Army in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Afghanistan, and Iraq.  He has personally been involved in confined space program management and rescue in a number of his positions.
