Todd Leiss, Retired from Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, Traffic operations

• Currently with Jacob Engineering
• Also working with TIM Heroes is a Traffic Incident  management trainer
• Extensive experience dealing with routine traffic management, planning and emergency operations.
