Topic Enterprise Risk Management – ERM Risk Mapping: Get the Right Start

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is a topic that everyone talks about but few execute in totality.  The primary pitfalls at the outset are defining risk too narrowly and lack of agreed prioritization. Are the right stakeholders engaged? Are you asking the right questions? Are you thinking of risk from multiple perspectives regarding strategic, reputational, technology, compliance, operational, and financial risks?  How do prioritize risks for assessment and management?  This session will provide example enterprise risks derived from common models and tools including COSO, ISO, The Conference Room, along with industry specific examples such as AGB, UE, and ASHRM.
